1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Phasmotic Studio website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What This Site Is

This is a pre-announcement page for Phasmotic, LLC, an independent game developer. It exists to hold the studio's name and to collect email addresses from people who want to hear about our first title. It is not a storefront, and nothing here is an offer to sell anything.

3. Nothing Here Is a Commitment

Any description of a game, feature, platform, or timing on this site — now or in future revisions — describes work in progress. Games in development change, slip, and are sometimes cancelled outright. Nothing on this page should be read as a promise that a specific product will ship, ship on a particular date, or ship with any particular feature.

4. Updates List

Joining the updates list is voluntary and you can leave at any time. It is one studio list, not one per title: we send email about Phasmotic Studio and whatever it is making. We do not send anything else, and we do not send email on anyone else's behalf. See our Privacy Policy for how the address is handled.

5. Intellectual Property

The Phasmotic name, the studio logo, and this site's layout, artwork, shaders, canvas systems, and source code are the property of Phasmotic, LLC. You may not reproduce or reuse them without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phasmotic, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

7. Governing Law

These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
